Lead the Future of Postpartum Well Care

Postpartum recovery is often neglected in traditional healthcare, leaving new mothers struggling with hormonal imbalances, chronic fatigue, mood disorders, and metabolic dysfunction. Postpartum optimization is key to helping women feel well. When not addressed, postpartum or postnatal depletion leads to mental health struggles, autoimmune conditions, and affects the wellness of families.

Not anymore! The ThriveMamaTM Method Certification Program is designed for healthcare and allied health professionals seeking to bridge this gap with root-cause, evidence-based, and holistic care strategies designed to support and empower postpartum women.

Why The ThriveMamaTM Certification Program

This program is led by a board-certified physician trained in integrative and functional medicine, a medical educator, and a health leader and women's health advocate.

What are the prerequisites for enrolling in the ThriveMama Method Certification Program?

This program is designed for licensed and certified healthcare professionals who support postpartum mothers, including MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs, midwives, RDNs, doulas, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and health coaches.

This is because we dive deep into the physiology of the female body and a background in physiology is recommended to get the most out of this course. This course is designed to complement other training and is not intended as a substitute for, or in lieu of, other health and wellness training, certification, and/or licensing.

While non-licensed individuals may participate in the program, you may be better served to first participate in our client coaching program designed to improve your own health first.

How long does it take to complete the ThriveMama certification

The certification consists of 12 weeks of modules with 6 months of coaching and mentorship. All coursework must be completed by the graduation date to receive the certification. Extensions may be granted in extenuating circumstances at the instructor's discretion.

Is ThriveMama certification recognized by educational or professional institutions?

Yes! The certification is anticipated for 24+ hours of CME or continuing education credits through CMEfy, covering both the recorded modules and live calls. Acceptance is anticipated.

Participation in the live calls adds CME time, as mentorship is a form of education. One hour can be applied for each call attended during your mentorship training.

Can I continue working while studying for the ThriveMama Program?

Absolutely! The program is designed to be implemented in real-time with your clients. Applying what you learn while working is the best way to solidify your knowledge and provide immediate value to your patients.

What support does ThriveMama offer to program participants?

Participants receive:

  • Weekly live coaching calls for Q&A and mentorship

  • Support in clinical application, functional laboratory interpretation, and holistic principles of postpartum care.

  • Direct guidance from Dr. Lauren Davis, DO , and a network of like-minded professionals in a community-based setting
